 You tell us what you’re looking for origin, profile, process, or volume—and we send cupping samples along with full documentation. 

Once you approve a sample, we reserve your lot and issue a confirmation with weight, harvest specs, and farm info 

We calculate a firm FOB price (usually ex-Surabaya, Belawan, or Tanjung Priok port) and send you the cost sheet with all farm-gate and inland logistics broken down. 

We draft a simple agreement and initiate pre-shipment activities once the initial payment clears. 

We coordinate with the exporter and processor to handle hulling, sorting, bagging, palletizing, and documentation (COO, invoice, phytosanitary, etc.). 

Once coffee is cleared and staged at the port, you or your freight forwarder handle the vessel booking. We assist until the coffee is officially on board. 

 From this point, freight, insurance, and destination customs are yours. But we’re still on standby to support.
