(we are traders, we take the risk until the relationship can grow and hand over supplier relations. Then we assist with logistics as a service. tracking or training your tea, to handle it)
Step 3 - Quotation & Agreement
- Facilitate communication with the supplier
- Oversee order placement and confirmation
- Ensure agreed terms (pricing, Incoterms, timelines) are documented
Step 4 - Order Placement & Coordination
- Facilitate communication with the supplier
- Oversee order placement and confirmation
- Ensure agreed terms (pricing, Incoterms, timelines) are documented
Step 5 - Production & Quality Checks (if applicable)
- Pre-shipment inspections
- Compliance with agreed specifications
- Updates on production timelines
Step 6 - Shipping & Logistics
- Arrange transportation per agreed Incoterms
- Coordinate shipping documents (bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, etc.)
Step 7 - Customs & Final Delivery
- Work with your customs broker (or ours) to clear goods
- Provide all necessary documents to release the shipment
- Coordinate final delivery to your location or distribution hub
Step 8 - Post-Transaction Support
- Provide supplier contact for future orders( depends on our agreement with your needs)
- Advise on repeat order improvements or alternative sourcing if needed
